The aligned regions between neighbouring plasmids of pQEB1_plasmids, in the
order pQEB1_inv3_Tn5403, pQEB1, pQEB1_inv1, pQEB1_inv1_inv2 and
pQEB1_inv1_arsTn, from a one-to-one nucleotide alignment with MUMmer
(nucmer, see mummer_alignment()). Regions shorter than 500 bp are left
out. Regions with start2 larger than end2 are inverted.
Format
A data frame with 14 rows and 9 columns:
- cluster1, cluster2
Names of the two plasmids. Character vectors.
- start1, end1
Start and end of the region in
cluster1. Integer vectors.- start2, end2
Start and end of the region in
cluster2. Integer vectors.- length1, length2
Length of the region in each plasmid. Integer vectors.
- identity
Percentage identity of the region. A numeric vector.
